Peppered Beef Brisket in Beer
INGREDIENTS
Trim fat from brisket. Cut brisket in half. Place onion rings in a slow cooker. Sprinkle pepper event over brisket. Place brisket halves over onion ring in slow cooker. Place four, brown sugar, and garlic in a small bowl. Gradually a beer and chili sauce, stirring until well blende. Pour flour mixture over brisket. Cover with lid. Cook on high setting for 1 hour. Reduce to low heat and cook 6 to 8 hours or until tender.

- 1 large onion sliced and separted into rings
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup beer
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
