Hot Artichoke Cheese Dip
INGREDIENTS
Drain and finely chop the artichoke hearts. Add all other ingredients. Place in a small baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Serves 10 to 12.
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
- 1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, diced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayo
